Aviator-Entertainment specializes in DVD releases containing material from the
70´s and 80´s. Based in Hamburg, Germany Aviator-Entertainment went into business in August 2005. Apart from music DVDs Aviator-Entertainment has released various German TV-series and kids entertainment content on DVD. In 2006 Aviator was honored with a "DVD Champion" nomination for the bestMusic DVD. Aviator-Entertainment is an independent company that licences its material from ZDF Television (europe´s biggest TV-station), ARD and various independent producers. Aviator-Entertainment is owned by Managing Director Alexander Seidl who has worked over the last 20 years as a music producer and arranger in Germany, the UK and in the United States. Seidl and his team had produced several DVDs for Universal including the award winning DVD "The Beatles with Tony Sheridan" which was released in 42 countries.
